Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes we do, speak to our Manager at the time of booking

Do you offer ad-hoc bookings?
We can do ad-hoc at 24 hours’ notice if we have the availability to do so

Can you pay with Childcare vouchers?
Yes you can, we take Tax Free Childcare, Edenred, Computershare, Sodexo, Care4, Fideliti, BusyBees, Enjoy Benefits, Apple, Co-Op, Faircare and Gemelli.

If my child goes to a club first before coming to the afterschool club, is there a different price?
The session prices are fixed, even if you go to another club beforehand.

What kind of food is on offer at Breakfast Club?
A full continental of toast, bagels, crumpets, croissants, brioches to name just a few. Along with a variety of cereals, natural yoghurt and fresh fruit.

What kind of food is on offer at Afterschool Club?
A light tea of a carbohydrate which can be anything from pasta, noodles, beans on toast to bagels, wraps and sandwiches. With a protein of either a variety of cheese products, tuna or chicken. This is then served with 4 different types of fruit and vegetables and a healthy pudding option.

What kind of food is on offer at Holiday Club?
A combination of Breakfast and Afterschool club, so full continental, cereals and pasta, noodles and beans. See questions above for more details.

My child has an allergy and dietary requirements, can you meet their needs?
When you register your child with us at our settings, there will be a section on allergies and dietary requirements for you specify your children’s needs and we will then work with to adhere to these as best as possible.

What happens if my train is late and I cannot get there until after 6pm?There is a late fee charged to you if you cannot pick up by 6pm.

What do I need to do if I need to cancel or change my booking?
If you would like to cancel you place booked, we will need a months’ notice in writing. If you would like to change or swap a session I need at least a weeks’ notice, and it depends if the club as availability to do so.

Do I get a refund if my child is sick and misses a session?
Unfortunately, our settings must adhere to ratio’s and outgoings and staff costs so if your child is sick, we cannot offer refunds. We do ask that if your child is sick to please let us know as soon as possible. We have a legal obligation through Ofsted to know where our booked-on children are.

Do you pass on my details to anyone?
In line with GDPR only with your consent will be pass on your information to statutory bodies unless there is a safeguarding issue where the child is at risk.

Are your staff all safe to work with children?
At the Kids Clubs Family, we follow robust safe recruitment procedures to ensure the safety of all children and fellow staff members. All staff are DBS checked, have appropriate references and go through compulsory training courses such as safeguarding and food hygiene. All senior members of staff are first aid trained too.
